An article was put out today detailing someone’s first visit to the High Line, and how it is essentially a long green roof. We’ve made the comparison before, but it’s nice to see other people notice too. While many think of the High Line as a park, due to it being raised, it gives every benefit to the area that a green roof would, and makes great use of an old structure while doing so.
