Johns Hopkins University Goes Green

John Hopkins university goes greenJohns Hopkins University has been “going green” for some time now, reducing their water consumption by 114,070 gallons annually while still growing in size.  They have also reduced electricity consumption and installed 2,908 solar panels which will produce 1million kilowatt hours of electricity when finished.  Another great step will be the installation of a green roof on the new Cordish Lacrosse Center which will open later this year.
